These terms are an agreement between you and DABA Enterprise™ ("we", "us") — the trading name of Ibrahima Diouf, a sole trader registered in Victoria, Australia, ABN 43 724 387 699 — covering your use of the AI Shopping Copilot browser extension, this website, and any paid subscription to it (together, the "Service"). By installing the extension or purchasing a subscription you accept these terms.
You can verify our registration on the Australian Business Register.
When you open the extension on a supported retail product page and request an analysis, the visible text of that page is sent to our servers and to Anthropic's Claude API, which produces an assessment: a buying score, a review-authenticity estimate, price-history context and a written summary. The methodology is published at daba-enterprise.com/#methodology.
This is the most important clause here, so it is not buried.
The free plan includes five full AI analyses per 24 hours plus unlimited basic analyses, the coupon finder, watchlist and AI chat. It requires no account and does not expire.
Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks the score breakdown, the detailed review-trust check and 12-month price history. Pro is A$7 per month or A$49 per year, billed in Australian dollars through Stripe. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on these prices. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your issuer sets the conversion rate.
We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Your current period is never repriced.
Purchasing Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service on your own browsers. Don't share, resell or publish your licence key. We may deactivate a key that shows use inconsistent with a single individual, and will email you before doing so where practical.
Don't use the Service to:
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Retailers change their pages frequently; support for a given store may break temporarily or be withdrawn. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue Pro entirely, we will refund the unused remainder of any prepaid period.
Some product and "Buy" links shown by the extension are affiliate links, including through the Amazon Associates Program, AliExpress and Temu. If you purchase through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The scoring model does not receive information about which merchants pay commission and cannot favour them. This is disclosed on every page of this site.
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: analysed page content is not stored, we do not collect browsing history or location, and the only personal data we hold is the email address Stripe provides when you buy Pro.
The extension, this website, the scoring methodology and the DABA Enterprise™ and AI Shopping Copilot names are ours. Retailer names and logos referenced anywhere in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility — no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and permits us to do so, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a purchasing decision you made in reliance on an analysis. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, and will refund any unused prepaid period unless the breach was fraudulent.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to Pro subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
