What to include

You'll get a faster answer if you include the relevant one of these:

Support or a bug: the store and product page URL, what you expected, what happened, and your browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave…).
Billing, cancellation or a refund: the email address you paid with. We can find your subscription from that alone — never send us card details.
Licence key not working: the payment email address and the key, if you have it.
A score you think is wrong: the product URL and what the score got wrong. These genuinely feed back into the model.
Privacy request (access, correction or deletion of your data): the email address associated with your subscription.
