About us

DABA Enterprise™ · AI Shopping Copilot

What we build

AI Shopping Copilot is a browser extension that reads the product page you're already looking at and tells you whether the thing is worth buying — a 0–100 buying score, a check on whether the reviews look genuine, and up to twelve months of price history so you can see whether the discount is real. It works across roughly twenty-five retailers including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Etsy, AliExpress, Alibaba, Shein and Temu.

The reasoning behind the score is published in full on our methodology page — the weightings, what each band means, and where the model is unreliable.

Why it exists

Online product pages are designed to close a sale, not to inform a decision. The star average is inflated, the "was" price in the strikethrough often never existed, and the top reviews are frequently the least representative ones. Working out the truth means opening five tabs and cross-checking — which nobody does at 11pm for a $40 purchase.

We built the thing that does that cross-check in the four seconds you were going to spend hesitating anyway. The goal is a tool that will tell you not to buy something, because a tool that only ever says yes is an advertisement.

Who we are

AI Shopping Copilot is built and operated by DABA Enterprise™ ("Digital Acceleration Beyond Automation"), a small independent software business based in Australia. We are not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any retailer or marketplace covered by the extension.

The AI analysis is powered by Anthropic's Claude models. Payments are processed by Stripe. We are not affiliated with Amazon, Alibaba Group, Shein, Temu, eBay, Walmart or any other retailer named on this site — those names appear only to describe where the extension works.

How we make money

Two ways, and we'd rather you knew both up front.

The scoring model has no access to which merchants pay us a commission, so it cannot favour them. If that ever stopped being true we would say so here first.

What we don't do

The specifics are in the privacy policy.

Talk to us

A person reads contact@daba-enterprise.com and answers, usually within one business day. Bug reports, refund requests, retailers you want supported, and arguments with a score you think is wrong are all welcome — the last of those is how the model gets better.
